Parenting with Peace & Purpose group coaching sessions offered at the Samaritan Counseling Center located at 800 Hart Road, Suite 250 in Barrington, IL.  847-382-HOPE ext. 12.

What you will learn:

• How your emotional reactivity makes things worse and creates the outcome you were hoping to avoid.
• How you can strengthen your family relationship and stay connected.
• Why the greatest thing we can do for our children is learn to focus on ourselves.
• What your hot buttons are, how to create a pause, and how to stay calm and under control.

Tuition of $150.00/person (about $25.00 per session including book, workbook, and access to coaching portal)

Tuition for couples is $250.00 per couple (couples receive a $50.00 discount)

Workshop participants receive:

• Screamfree Parenting book
• Coordinating workbook
• Handout materials from various parenting experts
• Access to coaching on-line portal for goal setting and tracking
• One complimentary personal coaching session
• Email support in between sessions
• 6 – 2 hour group coaching and sessions
• DVD based learning featuring Hal Runkel, LMFT

**Participants need to be willing to do homework assignments each week to practice course content.

Space is limited – 10 students per class session.

Session II: February 9 – March 8, 2012 (Thurs. 12:45-2:45 p.m.)

Refresher Series: February 8 – March 7 (Wed. noon – 1:30 p.m.)
